Those trees died a long time ago because of hurricanes which caused beach erosion followed by salt water influx into the soil, Some tree skeletons still stand and defy the odds. However, eventually they will fall too. The two photos were taken on the same morning. Which one do you like more?
I'm more drawn to the first. Love the colors and there's a lot more depth that pulls me into it.

Hi Juergen Zeidler. Both frames are a bit tightly cropped in my opinion. They both have good potential to tell their story/ies.
