Hvítserkur

Hvítserkur is an iconic 49 foot tall basalt rock formation known as the Troll of Northwest Iceland, situated near the beach on the eastern coast of the Vatnsnes peninsula.

The ocean waves have eroded two large holes in the base over thousands of years, making the rock appear like a mythical sea creature drinking from the sea.
